2. Merchant Accounts & Verification

To use our services, you must register a Merchant account. You agree to undergo mandatory Identity verification (KYC) and Business verification (KYB) procedures via to comply with global AML obligations. We reserve the right to perform Sanctions screening and ongoing Security monitoring. Customer accounts may also be subject to verification.

3. Processing, Settlements & Fees

Funds collected from Customer payment authorizations are held in and transferred during Payouts on a basis. You are subject to our Standard Pricing, incurring per successful charge.

We provide comprehensive Balance management and Transaction history Reporting. You are solely responsible for Tax handling and declaring your Tax obligations. In cases of International transactions, Currency conversion fees may apply.

4. Refunds, Chargebacks & Risk Management

Merchants are fully liable for all Refunds, Partial refunds, Chargebacks, and Payment reversals. Chargebacks are governed by our and the rules of respective . In the event of a dispute, you must adhere to our .

For high-risk accounts or Suspicious activity reporting, we may enforce Transaction limits (between and ), withhold Reserve funds or Rolling reserves, or execute immediate Account suspension to mitigate financial loss.

5. Compliance & Security

You agree to adhere to PCI DSS requirements and maintain absolute Data security of Payment credentials. API security is your responsibility; compromised API keys must be revoked immediately. You are prohibited from operating Restricted industries or Prohibited merchant categories as defined by our Acceptable business use policy.

6. Intellectual Property & Liability

We retain all Intellectual property rights over our APIs and software. We provide the service "AS IS" and explicitly disclaim Limitation of liability for Service interruptions, Third-party payment processors outages, or banking network failures. You agree to our Indemnification clauses for damages arising from your breach of these Terms.
